Assurance

Quality System

Xinlida’s quality system, certified to API Q1 and ISO 9001:2000 by independent assessors, is monitored by API and UKAS, with annual internal audits ensuring full compliance.

Traceability

Xinlida has advanced fold system to assure the history of components and assemblies can be traced from raw material
tofinished item.

Marking Data

Finished components and assemblies are stamped or etched with the relevant trace numbers. Only low stress marking equipment
is used. Finished assemblies are tagged with the Xinlida nameplate giving details as required by API.

Engineering

The Engineering Dept shall allocate part numbers for all items. As soon as possible after order acceptance new items are alocatednumbers and isued to Sales for inclusion in the sales order. Long lead items are given particular attention to enable purchase
order placement.

Materials

The Engineering Dept. creates material specifications giving the requirements of the relevant API standard. The specifications givedetails of the chemistry, mechanical properties, heat treatment, melting and processing details, hardness limits andinstructions for the material in question.

Inspection

Inspection plans are available for the various equipment to be supplied. A plan is issued to cover PSL and equipmentre quirements. Each plan describes inspection steps as required by Xinlida, APl and contract Hold and witness points areindicated for Xinlida client, and third party.

Testing

Each assembly is done in accordance with instructions given on the work order. The work order includes test procedure.Assemblyand Test procedures are issued by the Engineering Dept. with the bill of material.

Certification

Document packages are constructed from the assembly test records. All equipment is provided with a certificate of conformity to the appropriate standards and specifications. Certificates shall be supplied of all tests as required by API standards.

Records

Records are kept of all inspections and tests. Records are kept of all design reviews. Records are kept for five years after completion of the contract.

Company Ability

Oil extraction, thermal recovery, eccentric, water injection, fracturing, gas production and other series of wellhead equipment; single-stage and double-stage vertical type and slips type casing heads; various choke and kill manifolds, surface and downhole safety valve remote control systems, drilling flanges, crossovers, king spools, bolts, nuts, washers, as well as the newly developed ‘hydraulic under-pressure valve change device’ and other series of drilling and completion equipment. The products are mainly sold to oilfields in China such as PetroChina Xinjiang, Tuha, Qinghai, Changqing, Liaohe, and Jilin, as well as drilling companies such as Chuankqing, Bohai, and Great Wall, and to Sinopec’s Northwest Bureau, Jianghan, Henan, and other oilfield units.
